| EFTS is a nonprofit initiative intended to provide high level training in time and frequency to PhD students, engineers, and researchers. Having no legal personality, we rely on CNRS and on local universities (Besançon, France) for management, rooms, etc. The EFTS is possible only thanks to the good will and to the voluntary work of numerous people who do it, rewarded only by the belief in the scientific impact and in the cultural value of the seminar. The burden for some of us is quite large.
